About Us
Better Home Foundation is a California nonprofit public benefit corporation. We are recognized as tax-exempt by the IRS under Section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Our tax identification number is: 87-1363456. All donations to our charity are fully tax deductible.
Better Home Foundation was formed after witnessing the pain and suffering homeless people endure. From not having warm clothes, nutritious food, and basic necessities, underprivileged people face many hardships. A group of high school students who are passionate about making a change in the world decided to do things that can make a difference, with the support and guidance from the Foundation directors.
What We Do
We aim to help the homeless and underprivileged by donating food, clothes, and supplies and educating our communities about homelessness. We will achieve this by hosting drives to collect donations, and posting infographics on our website and social media to educate our community about homelessness. A wide range of people, from all walks of life, will benefit from our organization, but the homeless and the youth will gain many things from our organization. We are actively looking for motivated volunteers of all ages who share our vision of helping the disadvantaged.
Our Mission
Better Home Foundation is dedicated to providing the homeless and underprivileged with access to clothing, food, educational opportunities, and other basic human rights. By organizing fundraisers, raising awareness, donating necessities, and planning events to make a positive impact, we devote ourselves to making this world a better home for everyone.
